Annie slept right through it. She woke up once, but the storm had calmed by then, so I'm pretty sure it wasn't the storm that woke her. It was pretty crazy, but we survived!

Crazy AZ Weather!
Last night we had the biggest storm that I've ever been in! We had winds up to 100 mph and 2" of rain. There was so much lightning, it seemed like strobe lights. Along with the lightning was a steady rumble of thunder. Our power was out from about 9:30 pm until about 1:30 am. We have some friends that live just up the street whose power is still out over 24 hrs. later! Luckily there has only been 1 serious injury reported and no deaths. But driving around and seeing the damage is pretty crazy! Here is the worst that we saw.

Wow, sounds scary and exciting. Luckily no trees fell on your house! It's funny how kids can sometimes sleep through anything!

those are some crazy pictures! Wasn't the storm exciting! I loved watching it but I was a bit scared at the same time!
