Time Out for Elmo

I had a "proud mommy moment" at church today. During Sacrament Meeting, Anne took her Elmo doll and did the following:

Put Elmo on a chair and said, "Time-out, one minute." Then she walked away from him. A few seconds later, she went back, knelt down in front of him and said, "Time-out, babble....babble..." Then picked him up and gave him a hug and a kiss.

It is cute and SCARY how much they watch and mimic what we do!

hahaha! I never tell lia how long she has to sit in time out because I know it means nothing to her. I just tell her to stay there until the buzzer goes off. But now that I think about it, it might be a good way for her to learn time.

anyways, that anne is a cutie. my mom said you are coming up in a couple of weeks...you will have to come over so she can play with lia.

SO CUTE!!! Boy, I really need to get on the ball with Eddie, I am so out of it as far as stopping his bad behavior. You are a brilliant mother, a good example, and Annie is a smart little chick.
